These terms are between you and Narcotra ("we", "us") and cover your use of Narcotra on the web, iOS and Android. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (UK/EU) or 13 (elsewhere, where allowed) and able to form a binding contract. If a parent or guardian is needed under your local law, they must agree for you.
Your account
Keep your login private and tell us at once if it is compromised. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Me, Settings.
Virtual currency and items
Cash, Gold and items are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are licensed to you, not owned. Gold is bought only for cosmetics, convenience and membership; it never buys gameplay power.
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are decided by them. If a purchase is refunded or charged back we may remove the Gold or benefits it granted and lock the account until it is resolved, and we may reverse any Gold already spent.
Simulated gambling
The casino (roulette, slots, blackjack, poker, races) is a simulation played with virtual cash. There are no real-money stakes or payouts, and winning in the game does not imply winnings in real-money gambling.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, run multiple accounts to gain an advantage, collude in casino or poker play, trade accounts, or harass other players. Chat and names must not be hateful, illegal or sexually explicit. Report bugs to [email protected] rather than abusing them.
We may warn, suspend, lock or delete accounts, and reverse gains, for breaking these rules, at our discretion and without refund of virtual items.
Game changes and seasons
Narcotra is a live game. We may change, rebalance, reset (for example at season end) or discontinue features and balances. We will try to give notice of major changes.
Our content and your licence
We own the game and its content. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play it. Content you post (names, chat) is yours, but you give us a licence to display it in the game.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you keep any right to use the courts of the country where you live.
